Electric Brewing Supply does the work so you don't have to. Featuring a fully configured 50a Control panel, ready to be mounted on the wall and plugged in.

Have a problem? Wort pumping all over the floor? Forgot a hose? The red mushroom stop button halts all functions, without cutting your brew day short.

Each panel features an interlocking relay, for safety from accidental power up of elements or dry pumping. When the e-stop or key switch are turned on, this relay reacts by either shutting off power to the pumps and elements (therefore appear dead) or it allows power to flow. Additionally, this relay works in conjunction with the e-stop switch, and therefore, protects the hardware even while still leaving you the ability to take corrective action on the still powered PIDs.

Specifications:

• Stainless steel enclosure with ID tagging via Engraving for easy clean up of door. Underside is tagged using black/white tags
• 15a, 120v electric, single phase (for safety, please use GFCI protection)
• PowerCon Twist lock power in supply to standard 5-15 wall plug
• Electric Brewing Supply 200 Series PID Controllers, with matching 200 Series PID Timer unit
• 2/3 Power Con outputs for Gas valve output via 24vac, 24vdc, or 110v.  Specify voltage at time of order.
• 2 L5-15 Flanged outlets for 120v for pumps such as Chugger or March, plugs included with panel
• 3 temperature probe inputs via XLR connection
• 3 RTD temp probe cables, with shielding and black poly sleeving. Color coded heat shrink.
• 3 RTD 1.5" long temperature probes with Stainless steel 1/2" NPT washer and locknuts for weldless mounting or in plumbing mounting
• Key style power switch for secure storage
• Locking mushroom button stops all power to elements and pumps

What will you need aside from the panel to get going:

• Desired gas valves and sjoow wire/cable
• 15/20a GFCI protected, single phase 120v electric service to brew area. Electrician installed highly recommended.
• 1-2 Pumps with plugs changed to twist locking L5-15 plug. Jumper cable recommended to avoid voiding warranty.
• Kettles to your liking
• Once you have your panel in place, it is highly recommended that you run auto-tune to improve your brewing performance.
