All Ruby Street Brewing systems are manufactured in Fort Collins, Colorado. All of the electric control panels are designed and assembled in Chassell, Michigan. We both strive to use as much USA made product in our products as we can.

Specifications

The First truly turn-key all electric pilot brew system for any brewer. This system features 45 Gallon Kettles and will brew a true 1 bbl batch, with a net of 31 gallons or more. Built on Ruby Street's solid Alpha stand and paired with the 50a 4 element controls from Electric Brewing, this system features two stainless pumps and all 1.5" tri-clover hose connections. The Ruby Street Alpha brewery has found it's niche as an economical option for both brew pubs and garage fanatics.

  • Magnetic drive pumps included with stainless steel drip shields and stainless outflow control valves
  • All sanitary tri-clamp fittings on HLT, mash tun, boil kettle, and pump
  • Silicone hoses with fittings included (7' x 1/2" outflow hose will fill conicals on tall legs)
  • Mash Tun includes 16 gauge perforated false bottom, and 1/2" stainless steel dip tube
  • Boil kettle includes a domed screen and 1/2" stainless steel dip tube
  • All three kettles include a thermometer installed on to them.

  • 50a Twist lock power in supply to plain wire end or 4 prong washer/dryer plug, 6 ft wire
  • Love 16C PID Controllers with manual mode enabled for boil with Love LCT216 Timer
  • 4 L6-30 Flanged outlets for 240v Elements upto 5500w
  • 2 L5-15 Flanged outlets for 120v for pumps such as Chugger or March, plugs included with panel
  • 3 temperature probe inputs via XLR connection
  • 3 RTD temp probe cables, with shielding and black poly sleeving. Color coded heat shrink.

Included HERMS Conversion:
HERMS - (Heat Exchange Recirculating Mash System) 
 
Many brewers are choosing HERMS as an option to maintain mash temperatures and perform step mashes without direct fired heat.  Our HERMS coil option offers a 1/2" x 50' stainless coil in the hot liquor tank that allows the brewer to recirculate the mash runoff through the coiled heat ex-changer and back into the mash tun. The coil is factory installed only and pressure tested before it ships.
 
The HERMS Conversion Kit for the Alpha Ruby Street Brewery will include 50’ ½” SS HERMS coil mounted in the HLT with through wall fittings (tri-clover on top, ball valve and tri-clover at the bottom)

50+ Gallons

All RubyPro systems ship with 50+ gallon, premium stainless steel kettles with internal volume markings for easy reading and volume estimates.

Bottom Drain

Setting the RubyPro apart from its family members as well as many others in the industry, all kettles have bottom drains for easy clean out as well as optimal wort retrieval.

TIG Welded Tri-clamp ferrules throughout the kettles fittings round out the complete kettle package. Easy to assemble, and easy to clean, TC fittings insure no threads come in contact with your wort.

INCLUDED

Water tight probes

All RubyPro systems ship with our industry leading, water-tight M12 variant, thread on connector, tri-clamp probes.

In the case of electric systems these threaded connectors can be lengthened with patch cables as needed, providing greater flexibility in your space. Gas controls are mounted to the cart.

RubyPro Mash Tun

Dial in your mash temperatures with Ruby Streets industry leading Variable Power Internal RIMS module.

Further, RubyPro's Mash tun features the convenient manway access for easy grain clean out at the end of your day. With the added grain chute, drop your spent grains into a bucket quickly and then proceed to rinse out by way of the bottom drain.

Easily mounted

The controllers for your RubyPro electric can be mounted quickly using an industry standard 300x300 VESA TV wall mount. No more guess work involved, find your stud, mount the wall bracket and then, your panel.
