Introducing the Ruby Street Brewing ONYX System. Designed to bridge the gap between professional grade performance and affordability.  Designed with the key elements that have made Ruby Street Brewing systems the premier system in the industry, with a eye for affordability.  Expect no compromises with the ONYX system.  Featuring a black powder coated steel stand with casters, stainless steel kettles with a man way on the Mash tun, and all Tri-clamp connections across pumps, hoses and kettles.  This flag ship electric system from Ruby Street is available in 4 sizes to accomodate up to 2 bbl of production in a batch.

The base system features the traditional HERMs heating approach to mash temp control, on a 1bbl production volume. 

Upgrade to Ruby Streets unique internal RIMS heat solution for even more precise temp control for your mash and brew capacity of up to 2 barrels or a reduction of system size when you go to 1bbl via 2 vessels.
