Not sure where to start when assembling your kettle element assembly. Keep it simple then. We've built, and stocked complete assemblies of 5500 or 4500w heating elements, ready to mount to your kettle. All you will need to do to your kettle is drill a 1-1/4" hole with your drill, or source a kettle from your favorite manufacturer with a 1-1/4" hole in it. Insert element and tighten down the nut, then plug it into your control panel.
